Eating Apple with Pineapple: Is it SAFE or Not?

If after eating apple and pineapple together you experience any side effects, such as stomach pain, bloating, or nausea, then stop combining them. And if you can tolerate them, then continue.

However, you should be mindful of the quality and quantity of apple and pineapple you consume. Because too much of any fruit can cause excess sugar intake and dental problems.
