No, because I don’t have one and I can’t share my previous clients’ private information. All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, health condition, body analysis and lifestyle. I do not sell pre-defined or fixed diet plans, therefore I am unable to provide any sample.

Can I follow this plan if I’m vegetarian/vegan?

Absolutely! I create plans for all dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based diets.

Do I need to buy special foods or supplements?

No. I focus on readily available, whole foods. Supplements are recommended only if necessary for your specific health needs.

How do you ensure the plan fits my cultural preferences?

What if I have allergies or food intolerances?

Can I lose fat only on my thighs, belly or arms?

No! Spot reduction is a myth. This means that one cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. While exercise can certainly help in toning specific body parts, your body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fat deposits are.

Are there any monthly payments?

No. You will pay $30 USD or ₹2500 INR for a 30 days meal plan. If you want to consult for next month, you will pay the same fee for the next 30 days. It’s that simple.

Can I contact you if I have questions after receiving my plan?

Absolutely! You’ll have access to a password-protected page where you can ask questions and request modifications for 30 days after receiving your plan.

Why don’t you offer 1:1 calls?

I want to keep every communication detailed and organized. The comment section of your password-protected page will serve as one single place that records every message – like a thread. I don’t want to include calls and raise the consultation price by 5 times, I honestly do not see the value addition. This organized system works for me and my 1000+ clients – it is that effective.

What is your refund policy?
